So, why stick to only one profession or field of income?!
We are multi-dimensional beings. We can have a great variety of interests, dedicate ourselves to more than one at a time and get great results.
So, why stick to only one profession or field of income?!
Ever since I was little I’ve always been into plastic arts, primarily drawing and painting. I grew up saying I wanted to be a painter! There was never a doubt that I would be involved somehow with arts when time came to work.
This was most clear to me in a dream, I was being told that I could maybe write as a job and I simple said “No way, I’m not a writer!”. I even had that written on my about page, which isn’t anymore. Now, why not?! Why should I just confine myself to the one field of plastic arts and such?!
Sure my writing skill is not so great right now, but there’s a thing that’s called improving!
Why should I limit myself and my professional choice to only things I’m already skilled?
There’s so much more we can learn and we should keep our minds open to what do do with new skills! Putting them to used any way we can, and restrain them to hobbies only.
Am I gonna aim to write professionally from now on? Mostly likely not, at least not right now. But I’m open to it now! I’m open to see potential in the new things I learn in any way I can. Be it to apply it on projects, make money, combine it with something else.
I’m not saying we should all make money or go pro on all our hobbies. But, don’t dismiss the idea that you could use more of your skills.
Don’t close yourself to different new options. Embrace your skills.

I do agree no one is born a talented painter. Even the most famous artists have acquired skills with the brush and perfected it over the years to reach the pinnacle of success. i came across art.in which highlights on artistic skills.
