This is something I need to deeply interiorize myself.
You have your goal set. You’re working towards it. You’re motivated. And then, on a step of the way, things starts to slow down and this step is revealing itself to be a harder task than you anticipated.
Don’t panic! Don’t stress. If you just chill and relax, you’ll see with clarity that this does not jeopardize your success.
It’s a setback, not a deal breaker! You wish it didn’t had to happen but it did, and it’s still cool. And once you get past it, which you absolutely will, you’ll feel great!
The harder a task is to finish, the better you fell once you’re done with it.
Setbacks are bound to happen. Most of time we don’t really think of that when we set ourselves to something. And we might feel tempted to panic a little when the first one comes along.
Again, we just have to tune our minds. Deal with what needs dealing with and we’re on to the next step of the way!
The highlight is to relax when we start to get upset. Anything get dull and nauseating when we do it without any motivation and can’t seem to see an end to it.
Visualize the end result. You know you’ll get there. Every bit of the process counts, every bit you do puts you closer to the end!
So, before starting to resist something because it’s not going the smooth way, step back, take a deep breath and get back to it calmly
